Hashed passwords and administrator profiles.

Google API Disclosure

Dominion Life Impact Church Birthday Management uses Google APIs to synchronize church celebration events with your Google Calendar.

Scope: We only access your Google Calendar to create, read, and delete specific celebration events generated by our platform.

Usage: Information from Google APIs is used exclusively for event synchronization and is never shared with third-party tracking services or for advertising purposes.

"Our platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

Third-Party Services

We use Whapi.cloud for WhatsApp messaging integration and Cloudinary for media hosting. Only necessary data (such as phone numbers and greeting templates) is shared with these providers to fulfill the automated messaging features.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Church administrators can manage member data directly through the platform dashboard. For any other privacy requests, please contact our data stewardship team.
