By accessing or using the Dominion Life Impact Church Birthday Management Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides tools for church administrators and staff to manage member birthdays, automate greetings via Email and WhatsApp, and synchronize celebration events with Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Harass or abuse church members or staff.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (for Calendar synchronization) and Whapi.cloud (for WhatsApp messaging). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dominion Life Impact Church shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Service at any time without notice. We may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these terms.
